Please pay as soon as possible after winning an auction, as that will allow us to post your item to you sooner!

As we sell all over the world our shipping is calculated by Australia Post based on the dimensions and weight of the item.

Although we try our best to get things right sometimes there may be an error in the weight or dimensions in the system, if you feel the postage rate is high, contact us or make us an offer on the over-all price.  

We do pride ourselves on the accuracy of our listings in terms value, however the market is changing all the time, sometimes prices may drop since we listed it and other times our researchers may be off the mark. 

If you like an item and feel we may have got the price wrong contact us by making an offer with reasons why you feel the price ought to be lower and we will consider it. 

We also don't mind haggling,  so if you would like to negotiate a better deal there is no harm in asking.   No reasonable offer would be refused.
