A beautiful Edwardian circa 1900 cotton in a lovely violet design. Very old fashioned Edwardian cottage design. Beautifully done in soft apricot and olive on a rich cheerful red ground.
It as a subtle petite grid texture which I find periodically in cottons from this period.
Large in scale and about quilting weight. The last photo shows it over a pillow to better gauge the scale.
Perfect for patchwork and an abundance of unique period projects; home pieces, clothing elements, cushions etc..
**Condition is very good antique/vintage condition and strong for its age and former use. Used & salvaged. Once sewn in petite stitches in some random areas~I have washed it once and those areas have already shrunk back so only really visible if held to the light. Otherwise in no way detracting. Looks very nice.Another washing should finish closing those little fibers.
**Measures~ 20-21" wide by 40" long.
I have 4 individual lengths available in this size at the time of this listing so you can select from the remaining quantity of the quantity button.

Many thanks!

Hello and welcome to Pia's~
I sell antique and vintage fabric. Each textile is different; some possibly used, some unused. I will give you my best assessment. I do not always launder them nor do I know all their history, how they have been stored over time etc.. I have a 30+ year long &  extensive knowledge of textiles and gauge age ranges; fiber content etc.. to the best of my ability. As always please view all photos, dimensions etc.. as they are part of the description. Please keep in mind that I provide the best photos possible but monitors do vary. If my eyes should miss a small flaw, please know it is not intentional. I am always available and happy to answer any inquiries so always please ask if I have not addressed something that may be important to you.I do combine shipping whenever possible. If you are an international buyer or purchasing multiple pieces, please wait for my personal invoice as ebay's auto. combined invoices are rarely accurate. You can do this by either messaging me or using the drop down button that says "request total from seller" after your purchase but prior to paypal checkout. Again, if you have any questions, please message me.
