Please Note: Our Office Opening Times are: Monday-Friday from 09:00 - 17.30 BST. The office remains closed on the weekend, on Bank Holidays & on UK Public Holidays. On the days the office is closed, we will not be able to answer your queries or dispatch your orders out, Also all orders placed on the weekends will be dispatched within the next 2 working days.
The orders will be dispatched within 24 hours upon receipt of payment and print details Excluding Orders placed on the weekend, as they shall be dispatched within 2 working days. All mugs are dispatched wrapped in bubble wrap and placed inside a cardboard mug box sealed with another cardboard box marked as Fragile.Please Note, There may be slight delays from the courier service during festive occasions (e.g. Christmas).
As the nature of the personalised products is such that they are made to order, Hence we are unable to accept any returns in case of faulty or damaged goods, Please contact us via eBay messages within 7 days of receiving your order. On normal products, we offer returns, however the returns must be within 14 days of delivery in the exact same condition as they were sent. Please could you kindly message us via eBay messages regarding your return. Please include your eBay user name and a reason of return on a note to the parcel to speed up your refund or exchange process. We will refund delivery costs if the goods are faulty but for all other returns we cannot refund delivery costs.
