How to Use

We accept returns within 60 days as long as the merchandise is in unopened and unused condition. Items must be returned within 7 days from approval. All returns will be inspected before issuing a refund. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all opened items. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to be posted to your account.

To cancel an order, whether it's a Buy It Now purchases or you've won an auction, you'll need to contact us and request for cancelation. Let us know as quickly as possible. If we already shipped your order we won’t be able to cancel it.
