Instructions :

2) Temperature: HIGH

3) Cover with badge with thin tea towel/cloth 

4) Heat Time: 10 seconds....check item and re heat again for 5 seconds max

5) Pressure: Very firm

6) Do not wash shirt for 48 hours after application
