Can you customize my mug?

We can personalize your mug. Just mail us the details that you want to add in to the mug and we can work it out and will send you the proof for the same.

Do you offer gift wrapping or a note to the recipient?

We don't currently offer gift wrapping. We can include a note in the package though. When checking out, just leave what you'd like in the notes to seller section. Be sure to mention that you want to include it as a note to the recipient.

What are your shipping times?

We ship within 2-3 business days. With standard shipping which takes 20-30 days for delivery but if you need it early time then you can choose express shipping at the time of check out as this woud deliver the parcel in 3-5 working days once shipped.
