HARTLEY IS very good condition!

Pre-owned / displayed.

Comes in original box.

Has the rose top hat, bouquet of roses,

heart necklace tarnishing/spotting shown in photo , the stand and then Danbury mint logo paper insert.

I believe this was released in 2007.

His satin lined material inside top coat tails have a few wrinkles on back coat tails from being stored in his box from the last year.
