Deliveries to UK & Ireland are free of charge and will be delivered within 2 working days of dispatch. Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the buyer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the address supplied to us during purchase (checkout) and the products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.
We offer a minimum 90 day warranty period (optional 1 year extension available) as standard with all our machines unless stated otherwise. This is a fully comprehensive warranty that covers parts and software that comes installed on the machine. Any 3rd party software installed on the machine causing viruses or windows file corruption will not be covered. Any machines that are sent out that are damaged in delivery or arrive with a fault will be collected the same day if we are made aware of the fault by 12 PM and replacement sent the next day at our cost.
