How to Order

1. Choose upto Width & Drop Sizes

Select the 'up to' sizes required from the drop down options. Please note, these are for pricing purposes only, and we will make the blind to your custom size. For example, if you require a 1455mm x 1150mm, you would select 1500mm x 1200mm

2. Click "Buy It Now"

3. Provide your Blind Information in the 'Note to Buyer' or send us an eBay Message

Please read measuring guides below and provide the following information

Returns

As the items offered in this listing are Made to Measure (custom made) these would not be subject to Distance Selling Regulations, and by buying this product you agree to the following terms...

1. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from time of ordering

2. Made to measure items cannot be refunded or exchanged if incorrect information is provided.

3. Any faulty or damaged products will, of course, be replaced or refunded.

Damages / Replacement Policy

All products are quality checked before dispatch but in the unlikely event that you experience any problems please contact our customer service team via eBay message.

You have 48 hours following receipt of your goods to report any damaged or defective goods due to manufacturing, or damage caused while being in the delivery process. We will deal with your queries promptly and if necessary arrange for a replacement to be sent.

We reserve the right to ask for digital pictures with regards to the issues reported or to ask for the product to be returned to us for inspection. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

Child Safety

To comply with Child Safety Legislation EN13120 8.2.33, we and our suppliers have implemented new child safety mechanisms.

Child safety cords- Installation height unknown. This is essential so that control lengths can be adjusted, otherwise all of our control cords will be supplied with controls compliant with EN 13120. This is up to a maximum of 1 metre long (100cm, 1000mm, 39 1/3 inch).

Please note: If using a blind in a room accessible to a child or pet, you must ensure that the cord is tied up safely out of reach (1.5 meters above floor level). For safety we recommend moving beds, cots and furniture away from windows fitted with a blind that has a side control mechanism. Do not tie cords together to form a loop and ensure they do not twist to create a loop.
