LIFE TIME WARRANTY ON FACE SHIELDS

Stealth Imports UK warrants all our products are free of defects and will last the life of the product, provided proper care and washing was used. 

The warranty does not cover normal wear.

To make a claim, just send us the item or provide photos and description of the damage, proof of purchase, and we'll send you a replacement free of charge. You just shoulder the postage cost. 

We only warrant items purchased from us.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) from 8am - 6pm GMT and can take up to two business days to process before being shipped.

In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Care team.

We always strive to provide the best customer service for every sale. We do our best to make sure customers are highly satisfied with our products and service. If in case you haven't received the item on time, have had any issues with the product, or simply have a question, please let us know and we will do our best to rectify any issues and answer all questions.

RETURNS

You can return any FULL PRICED item/s within 30 days of the purchase date.

Make sure you include a copy of your order confirmation email along with information on what you wish our team to do with your return!

All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, we will not be able to process your return. Please note a restocking fee of 10% will apply.

Please keep a copy of your receipt of proof of shipment for any returns back to Stealth Imports. We recommend using tracked postage to ensure your item arrives safe and sound.

Under consumer laws, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at your choosing. If this is the case please let our customer service team know of the issue as soon as possible.
