This rear view mirror is a universal mirror designed to fit multiple brands of forklifts. 

The top of the mounting plate is approximately 2.0" above the top of the mirror.  You will need to fasten the mirror to a suitable surface via the two self tapping metal screws.  In some conditions, for example cross bars, predrilling a pilot hole is recommended.
