Covert G-9 Fab Defense Scorpus Inside Waistband Holster for Glock 9mm Models

FAB-Defense is proud to introduce our newest product in the Scorpus® line of holsters, the Scorpus Covert.

The Covert has a special slim design for the thinnest IWB holster possible, with rounded back for comfortable carry and a thin profile made from advanced polymer materials that enable a thin, flexible yet durable holster with an average material thickness of 1.9 mm (0.07 inch).

The interchangeable belt clip allows tucking the shirt in for complete concealment and is complemented by the removable Covert Spacer that enables to add another level of concealment by further tucking the gun closer to the body.

Finally, the passive retention enables fine tuning the correct retention that fits the individual shooter.

CHECK OUT MY OTHER STUFF:

Most holsters I sell are molded from the exact model which makes errors nonexistent. If you are buying a new or good condition all LEATHER holster from me it will need break in. Different brands require more break in than others. Breaking in a good leather holster is mandatory for it to function; when it is new you may not be able to draw the firearm from it as quickly as you might need it. After you have checked the holster for suitability and broken it in correctly, then your can bet your life that it will hold the gun securely, protect the gun from inadvertent access, and allow you to get the gun quickly when you need it. There are plenty of articles online for breaking in a leather holster. I get many messages about the thumb snap (if applicable). The thumb snap is difficult to get snapped on many holsters when you first get it. You have to work leather. Bottom line, if you get it and it is not fitting the high percentage of time is that you have not seated it fully or worked it fully. Once again, Thanks -Mike

LEATHER HOLSTERS: One of the common messages I get is about how tight a leather holster is when you first get it. You have to break in a leather holster. Some holster makers are able to get close to perfection but you usually pay 3 digit prices for those. One method I enjoy is wrapping the pistol, unloaded, in a plastic wrap or bag and stuffing that into the holster overnight or for a few days.  Thanks for looking, Big Mike.

If you are purchasing a holster please make sure you have a proper gun belt. All holsters should be worn with a proper gun belt. Also, all holsters should be worn with the belt fully tightened, but not uncomfortable. Never wear your holster loose, or without a proper gun belt.

Please refer to the different sections of this listing BEFORE you purchase to understand how my policies may be different from other sellers. Thank you again for looking.

WE DO NOT “RENT” ITEMS. ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE PURCHASE. WITH HOLSTER PURCHASES, MOST HOLSTERS GET MARKED, STRETCHED UP UPON FIRST USE AND WE LOOK INTO THIS IF THEY COME BACK.

Please let us know if you have anything different about your handgun that might be a issue with a holster. Examples might be tall sights or anything else you have as a add on or custom edition. This may impede your ability to use the holster as most holsters I sell are custom molded for factory height sights and options. Thanks
