This is a woman's carrier and it is BLACK in color…it is machine washable. This is a size 2XL and the front panel measures 24 X  13 inches and the back measures 25 X 14 inches. These measurements are taken from along the horizontal waist measurement, and vertically along the center line of the vest (not including the "ears"). These measurements represent the overall size of the ballistic pocket, and the plate would be slightly smaller. These dimensions are different from the men's standard carrier measurements….if there are any questions about this please contact me before purchase.
