This is a replacement mattress/bladder not a complete bed for a soft sided waterbed. Please check sizing and note timber frame waterbeds use a different size mattress that can be purchased in our Ebay store as well.
This is a 5 layer with Lumbar support wave less mattress option. This is the maximum we can fit into a mattress with 450 gram fibre the thickest available

Please note the reason we sell a 5 layer with Lumbar mattress as our most stable is this is the maximum amount of fibre you can put in a bed, other brands that quote up to 8 layers are not the same thickness of fiber as it is impossible to fit this in a mattress.
Mr Waterbed only sells genuine product with a written warranty, we do not buy mattresses, cut them open, add second hand fiber and then glue shut the cut, this voids all original warranty's and we consider this misleading to say the least. Always inspect the bottom of any mattress for a long glued section and consider returning it to the supplier if it has been modified.
Fits a foam bath / dam soft side waterbed with the outside of the foam sizing 2000mm x 1800mm x 200mm (6 foot 8 inch by 5 foot) Soft sided beds are always measured as a guide on the outside of the foam, not the inside. all other sizes including custom sizes are available

We ship Australia wide using Australia Post on smaller items using standard parcel postage and courier services on larger items all with tracking supplied and insurance on lose of items in transit.
Complete Waterbed packagers are a extra large item and each delivery area requires a quotation that we can supply when given a complete address.
We do not mark up on shipping costs all quotes are cost price to us.
If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package. In the case of a waterbed bladder / mattress once it has been filled with water it cannot be returned.
If the returned item is used, damaged, missing any parts, or is damaged in transit because it wasn't packaged correctly when the buyer sent it back, the seller might deduct from the refund to cover the amount of loss.
