Adrenalin 4x4 50mm Billet Aluminium Prop Shaft Spacer for Defender, Discovery 1, Range Rover Classic and Series 2/3 models
When a Land Rover is fitted with a
suspension lift it increases the distance between the prop shaft
differential flange and the transfer box flange. This increased distance
can cause the prop shaft to run out of spline travel, especially so
under large amounts of suspension articulation. Fitting a prop shaft
spacer helps return the prop shaft to its normal operating length,
therefore allowing full spline travel which helps reduce the “Binding”
of the yokes when a prop shaft is over extended.
