This is a fascinating autobiography of a young man just out of the army determined to open his own book store in Chicago.  The book is in very good condition;  the spine is tight and the covers are clean with minor shelf wear including scuffing and/or bumping.  The pages are clear and easily readable with minor yellowing.   The previous owner's sticker is on the inside cover. The dust jacket is unclipped with minor chipping and small tears, and is in good to very good condition.   See the photographs. 

The book is about 5-3/4" x 8-1/4" x 1", 205 pages,  and about 1-2 lbs.+/-  with packaging.
