It’s as simple as 1-2-3:
1) Press the Patty – Press your patty down from about 1/2 – 5/8 volume.
2) Stuff the Patty – Remove the base of the pressing tool by twisting to make use of the dimpler press tool and use it to make a cavity or crater for added fillings.
3) Top the Patty – Replace the base of the pressing tool, top off your meat and use the press tool to flatten the remaining meat over the burger fillings. Remove the press and flip the burger press base so the patty sits neatly on one of the 40 included wax papers, remove the base panel and there you have it. A beautiful stuffed burger ready to grill!
