Shipping
Same Day Shipping is applied for (US in Stock) items : Ordered and paid before 3PM, same day dispatch. Except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
1-2 business days handling time for Items locate in overseas warehouse, deliveries will take 7-10 business days, depending on the destination. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed the following business day. Please allow extra time for delivery during sales season.
We ship with registered post and you will receive a tracking number. Because of their restrictions, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If nobody is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives at the agreed delivery address, the carrier will leave a calling card giving the number to call to arrange a re-delivery.
We only ship to confirmed Paypal addresses. Your PAYPAL address must match your Shipping address.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are free to return the product for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that we cannot accept any used/worn or tempered product for hygiene purposes. Please check the colour and length before removing hair from their packaging. If any part of the packaging has been removed, we reserve the right to refuse exchange / refund.
Refunds are given less any postage cost as standard, unless the item is defective on receipt in which case we will refund you the postage cost. Buyer is responsible for the return postage costs to us, unless the item is defective.
