The Lost Boys (movie) - The Frog Brothers Vampire Hunters - EST 1987 - Santa Carla Californa - tag says women size  large I would assume its a girls large or womens small. Notice the shorter sleeve style.

Measurements are 17.5" pit to pit, 21.5" neck to bottom - judge size based off these numbers
