SUN 375-0082 PCI-X ULTRA2 WIDE SCSI LVD RAID CONTROLLER PM3755U2B HA-1035-05-3A

No idea how long this RAID controller card has been here, it's probably several years, but it is brand new and sealed still in its' anti-static bag.

Apologies for the quality of the photos but I didn't really want to open the package so all photos are through the anti-static bag.
