I have a large collection of Blue Onion porcelain china pieces, the majority from Teichert Meissen, both with the Carl Teichert and his brother's Ernst Teichert marks. This one has the  "Meissen" inscription in an oval with a five pointed star below. (This mark was used between the years of 1882 and 1929 according to my sources).

I also have 6 that are identical to this one, same diameter, but with the Ernst Teichert Meissen mark. They do seem to have a 1/4 inch difference between the rim and the bottom of the dishes (they would be 1 1/8 inch from the rim to the bottom) but it is very hard to notice.

I cannot stress enough the fact that these dishes are antiques and will NOT be perfect, they are sold as they are, but I will make the best to describe them exactly as they are, with any flaw or imperfection that I can see, photograph included, and gladly receive them back if you are not satisfied and you send it as I send it to you. If I don't add the photograph with any imperfection, it means that probably there are none. but there might be a small flaw that I didn't see too.
