World of Beatrix Potter "Photo Keepsake Box" which includes a piggy bank, photo frame, hair and tooth keepsake holders by Frederick Warne, 2004. The frame can hold a 2 3/4" x 1.5" picture.  

Cellophane around box has somewhat deteriorated although it is still intact. Items inside are new. outside of box also has some discoloration but not terrible.
