Usual processing time after receiving customer order is 1 business day. Most orders placed on normal business days ship out that same business day, if not, the very next business day.

Free shipping only applies to orders shipped within the continental United States. Additional shipping fees will be required for orders sent to Hawaii, Alaska, military (APO/FPO) addresses and US territories (i.e. Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, etc.). Returns for refunds and exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days from the invoice date.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  To receive an RMA number, please contact us by eBay message.

Non-defective returns will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% from item purchase price, excluding any shipping and handles charges.

Shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.
