Please make sure you supply us with your correct delivery address when you’re purchasing as we won’t be able to make amendments to the address once the order has been placed.

If your order doesn’t fit through your letter-box then Royal Mail may try to leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour.
If a safe place cannot be located or nobody is able to take receipt either at your property or the neighbours’, then the item will be returned to your local Post Office / Sorting Office for your collection – you will receive a calling card notifying you of this.
Returns accepted up to 14 days from the date of purchase. You must notify your intention to return any item via an ebay message.
All items must be returned in unused condition. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item.
Please obtain a proof of postage from the post office when posting the return.
A full refund will be issued on the day we receive the returned items..
