These are original Nike Patch that goes on to the Authentic NBA/NFL Jerseys back in the 90's

I had these since the first time they came out, they were meant to be sew-on and not for individual sales

Actual production date for these were Aug 13th, 1996  

Patch size is approximately 4" x 2 "
