All sales are final. No return. No exchange. Please check the picture carefully before deciding to buy. Keep always in mind that your buy is a contract ! By bidding on this auction you agree to these terms.

Cancellation and any claim after the successful bid are not accepted.

Payment – I am happy to be flexible, but unless the buyer contacts me to make alternative arrangements, I normally expect payment to be made within 3 days of invoicing. After 5 days, if the buyer hasn’t made contact, a non-payment dispute will be opened as a matter of course. 

Therefore, all non-paying bidders will be reported to Ebay.

Please read carefully : 

EURO ZONE : Only bank transfer in € must make payment inside the Euro zone. No derogation. 

My bank details will be provided after to the buyer. If you are unable to follow this easy rule, don’t bid please. I’m fed up having problems with stupid individuals unable to understand this.

Outside the euro zone : Payment by Paypal is naturally very welcome.

Postage - I try to only charge what it costs to send an item but there are packaging & handling fees. Postage quoted is for single wins; so if you are interested in the cost for multiple wins, please get in touch for combined shipping.  International postage quoted is for shipping of single wins in E.U. and U.K.. Shipment is from Belgium.  Please ask for a quote if necessary for USA, Asia or elsewhere. If you don’t agree with this, please do not bid on my item.

In order to protect both buyer & seller, there will always be automatically a tracking number with the shipment. Insurance is an option for the buyer.

Given my professional obligations, I try to ship the parcel within the 5 days the payment has arrived. Please be patient for your purchase to arrive as I have no control over the postal  services, transit or any customs delays. Also have in mind that any fees requested by local customs, for example import duty for your country, are the responsibility of the buyer and not the seller ! If necessary check with your local country's custom to determine what these additional costs will be before bidding and paying the item.

I leave feedback once buyer has received the item and has left positive feedback.

I reserve the right to cancel bids from buyers with low feedback, any negative feedback, prior non-paying bidder status or from bidders we feel might be a problem.
