This is a RARE vintage "Shocker Rider No. 2" figure by Bandai, based on the Kamen Rider Series! Shocker Rider No. 2 is an evil imitation of Kamen Rider 2. I have not seen another figure like this! See pictures for details and a height measurement on this awesome vintage toy!
