GRADING DEFINITION

 

GRADE A - Device is fully working and is in a good used condition with few marks on its screen and/or body.

 GRADE B - Device is fully working and is in used condition so has general marks you would expect on a device of this age (i.e. pocket scuffs, light scratches,minor chips etc.).

GRADE C - Device is fully working and has heavier than average scuff marks on screen and body, there may also be some dents on the body.

GRADE D - Device may not be functioning 100% and in poor condition.  May also have very heavy scuffs to the screen and body (exactly as it says - the device is usable but very poor condition)

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All devices are sold without chargers, memory cards or boxes unless stated differently.

All IMEI/Serial Numbers are recorded for security purchases and will be verified on any returns.

Should you experience any problems during or after sale, please contact us first before raising it as an issue and we will do our utmost to try and resolve promptly.

Your order will be posted the same day if it is placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday).  

All orders are securely packed, if an item arrives and has been damaged in transit please do not open it and contact us immediately.

 

Please note: We will always dispatch orders on time. Unfortunately on rare occasions there can be delays with the courier which are outside of our control. If an item is ever lost you will always be refunded, but please be aware we will not consider an item lost until the following time periods have elapsed:

UK – 10 working days.

International – 21 working days.

 

RETURNS

We offer a no quibble 31 day returns period.  If you would like to return an item within this period just contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Please wipe all data from the phone before returning.  Any passwords, PINs, iCloud or Google accounts must be removed, we will not process the return if we receive a locked phone.

We will not process returns outside of the returns period under any circumstances.

 The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.
