·      Disc may have minimal superficial surface marks and/or small light lines/scratches that should not affect playback

·      Booklet/Front Insert/Rear Inlay/Slick may have some superficial tab or point/line indentations from case

·      Booklet/Front Insert/Rear Inlay/Slick may have some superficial folds and/or creases of pages

GOOD (G)

·      Disc has some light scratching or visible marks on surface that may have a minor affect on playback

·      Booklet/Front Insert/Rear Inlay/Slick may have some tab or point/line indentations from case, possibly with small tears and/or minimal damage of pages

·      Pages of Booklet/Front Insert/Rear Inlay/Slick may have some creasing or fold lines, or small visible marks

ACCEPTABLE (A)

·      Light or medium scratching/marks visible over surface of disc that may have a noticeable affect on playback

·      Booklet/Front Insert/Rear Inlay/Slick has some minor damage and/or tearing of pages

POOR (X)

·      Disc surface has heavy scratching or damage that will potentially seriously affect playback

·      Booklet/Front Insert/Rear Inlay/Slick may have torn or missing pages, creasing, water/liquid damage (including staining and/or pages stuck together) or other obvious visible issues/damage

·      Reason for poor rating/grading of element will be detailed in condition section above

·      Items with elements rated with an X (poor condition) are sold as is and should be considered as available for sale as a collector's item only

All international purchases will be sent by registered standard post which includes tracking. Postage charge for single standard size items is AUD$30 worldwide, unless otherwise noted at top of item description page. Discounts for multiple items can be offered and calculated depending on the weight and size of items included (for example, potentially up to 4 single disc/standard case items can be sent for the same price as a single item depending on the size and total weight of items involved being under 500 grams). - Immediate payment for all BUY IT NOW sales is greatly appreciated (excluding time involved for specific invoice requests)

- If item is sold by auction, payment for winning bid is REQUIRED within 5 days after end of auction

- All condition gradings are based on visual assessments only

- Items will be posted within 1 business day after completed purchase, unless otherwise advised (postage Mon-Fri only)

- Most standard size original cases have been completely replaced with brand new cases as seen in photos, unless otherwise mentioned in item description (e.g. original front section of CD jewel case is kept to preserve promotional/hype sticker, but rear section and disc holder tray are replaced with brand new parts)

- We almost always use padded envelopes especially for standard size cases, and we do our best to send larger items with care by utilising appropriate packing materials, and therefore can take no responsibility for items damaged in transit. Returns accepted under reasonable terms as per discussion, full refund will only be provided once item is returned in listed condition

- If your item hasn't arrived in an appropriate post-COVID time frame, please contact us (before leaving feedback) so we can confirm postal address and discuss the resolution process with you

PLEASE NOTE: Only lost items sent by a REGISTERED POST option will be fully refunded to buyer after confirmation by postal service of non-arrival, no liability/refund can ever be offered if non-registered standard mail option was confirmed by buyer during checkout
