Cambiamos el producto sin ningún gasto adicional solo si el producto está defectuoso. En el caso si usted personalmente ha elegido el producto no válido para su coche o moto, usted tendrá que pagar los portes de un canje (para España son 8 euros).

Es extremadamente raro que  nuestros productos estén dañados o defectuosos. ADRITECAUTOPARTS.COM tiene la obligación legal de asegurarse que sus productos se ajustan al contrato de venta. El departamento de control de calidad de ADRITECAUTOPARTS.COM inspeccionará los productos devueltos. Si el daño es consecuencia de un defecto de fabricación o si el producto no cumple con las especificaciones de fábrica nos comprometemos a reembolsar la totalidad del coste del producto defectuoso. Si el problema se debe a causas ajenas a la calidad del material o al proceso del montaje, le devolveremos el producto tal y como usted nos lo remitió.
