Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping:

We use Canada Post and UPS to process all our shipping orders. A customer can request a tracking order at any time. Please let us know in advance before your order is processed. 

Tracking:

For orders over $60 dollars shipping to both Canada and the USA, it will be shipped with a tracking number. This will an additional $9.00 (CAD) fee on top of the initial shipping fee. The buyer does have the option to contact us in advance to remove this fee, but we will not be responsible if the package becomes stolen or lost.

Handling:

Rest assured that we take pride in ensuring that your product arrives to you in good care. We use a combination of top loaders, sleeves, wraps, bubble wraps, and various amount of tape to ensure that your package is secure.

Delivery Delays:

We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to unforeseeable circumstances such as union strikes and holiday hours. For deliveries within Canada, we expect a delivery time of 2-6 business days and for USA, we expect a delivery time 4-9 business day. For international orders, we expect a delivery time of 7-21 business days. 

Multiple Card Orders:

We do offer combine shipping for multiple card orders. The rates are as follows:

->Canada:

Ungraded: CAD $0.50 (50 Cents) for each additional card.

Graded: CAD $1.00 (1 Dollar) for each additional card

->USA:

Ungraded: CAD $0.50 (50 Cents) for each additional card.

Graded: No combine shipping.

To request combine shipping, simply click on the "request a new total" tab when checking out, and we will adjust the shipping fees for you accordingly. If for any reason that option becomes unavailable, we will refund you any extra shipping costs that may have occurred.

Cancellations/Refunds:

·         For orders where payment has been received: a refund process will begin and once we receive the item(s) back, we will issue a full refund for the item(s).

·         For orders where payment has not been received: Please contact us within 24 hours of the order and we will send you an cancellation form from eBay.

Card Grades:

Near Mint+: Overall a perfect looking card. The card may have very minor flaws that may not be visible at first glance. There could be a very minor surface abrasion or minimal surface damage on the front or back.

Near Mint: Looks like it has never been played without a sleeve. Corners may have small white spots. The surface is generally clear, but can have a few minor spots.

Slightly Played: An excellent looking card that may be used in a few games without sleeves. There will usually be visible imperfections upon first inspection. The damage must be small, while clearly being visible. The card may also have a few white spots on the edges and may also have a few minor scratches upon further inspection

Played: the card looks like it may have been played without a sleeve for a long time. The card is usually in good condition, but will show wear and tare all around the card. The edges and corners may have many white spots, and there are usually scratches on the card. The surface of the card may also have a little dirt or tiny stains on it.

Poor: The card will look pretty beat up. There may be a bend on it or a bit of water damage. The corners of the card may be showing lots of white.
