Daddy brought these back from Japan after WW ll. Vintage Japanese Woven Bamboo Sandals Soles Leather Heel Velvet Straps.

 The soles I think are a rubber substance with what looks like brass staples.  The heels are leather and look like they have stitching

 all around them.

There is wear near the red velvet toe straps. Shoes are in good condition for their age. 

I wear size 7. These are shorter on me and may be size 5.5 or 6.

8 3/4" long, 3 3/4" wide.
