A charming antique French petticoat, mostly likely worn for working! This piece is made of black cotton, and it has bands of wool at the bottom, adding some shape to the skirt. This skirt ties at the back and has one large pocket on the right side. This piece is in wonderful wearable condition, ready for use or as decor! Great for study as well! ~~ ~ ~ (Skirt B61)
MEASUREMENTS : This lovely textile measures : 29 inches long and 26 inches at the waist.
CONDITION : This textile is in as found, not freshly laundered condition. There are some small holes on the wool banding at the bottom of the skirt, but they are hard to see unless you're looking. Otherwise, this piece is in wonderful condition, with only minor signs of time and use inherent in these wonderful garments!
