Estate sale find of this Bella Casa Candle Holder or could be used also as a bud vase.  

Lydia's Leopard Coat  Bella Casa ~ Susan Paley by Ganz.   She is 11 1/2 inches tall.  The item does allow for water to fill so could be for pillar candle or flower use. 

 Review the photos in listing.  The bottom has a fleck off but last 2 photos show that when upright, it is not noticeable.
