A Very Good item by Goebel which was made in 1980.  The bell comes with the original container,  The handle is made of wood and the bell is as shown.  The bell is stoneware and is painted in a multi-colored pattern.  The owl is a favorite of all and if this is what you collect you can not go wrong purchasing this chick a dee.
