Warranty
1 YEAR WARRANTY: The 100% limited 1 YEAR warranty covers all manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of (1) year from the original date of purchase from our website or at an authorized 100% dealer or web reseller. Coverage is valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase from Bikershades or the authorized 100% dealer or web reseller. The product will be repaired, or replaced, if, upon inspection, 100% finds it to be defective in materials or workmanship.


This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, acts of nature, improper use or maintenance, negligence, impact, or repairs or alterations outside of our facility.  Scratches, scuffs and dents to lenses and frames as well as damaged, loose or lost rubber ear or nose pieces are not covered by warranty. Our foam cushion has been proven to be the best quality, however, worn and used foam padding is not covered.  Rubber ear and nose pieces may be replaced for a nominal fee, depending on style.


SCRATCHED LENSES: The limited warranty program does not cover scratched lenses and scratched lenses will not be replaced under 100%’s limited warranty policy.

DOMESTIC ORDERS: Please allow at least 2 – 7 business days to receive your order. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We ship hundreds of orders all over the world weekly! Average shipping times for International orders is one to two weeks. However, some International orders may take three to six weeks for delivery. Your Customs Office in your country may decide to inspect your package, and unfortunately we don’t have any control over that. Sorry, USPS tracking information is NOT available when a package leaves United States borders. Customer will be responsible for lost or stolen mail in international countries once the package has been shown to leave the United States. Customers are responsible for any international duty fees associated with order. We will try to reduce your customs charges as much as possible.

PACKAGING: All orders are packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes tested at 200 lbs per square inch. Don’t worry, your glasses will NOT get crushed in transit.
