- Sales are final and non-refundable. By placing a bid, make an offer, or buying it now, you are agreeing with all the conditions of the sale.
- If the item is listed as "Pre-owned", it is NOT new with tags - and thus each piece could have varying signs of use such as stains, scratches, scuffs, fading, discoloration, etc... Photos are included and we will assume that if you do not ask, you are prepared to get a used item with signs of use that may or may not be visible in the photos and by virtue of no questions being asked about condition or something you cannot see in the photos that you accept it is USED.
- We do have a 4-day return on items only if the item was not received as listed.
- The shipping fee will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- You must email and get our agreement on the return request before you can ship it back.
- If we have another item in stock you will get an exchange for that item only, if not you will be refunded through Paypal.
- We accept PayPal with a confirmed PayPal address. Please pay for your auctions or accepted offers within two days of ending. If your auction or accepted offer is not paid for within the 2 days, then it will be relisted and unfortunately, you will be turned into eBay for a non-paying auction/accepted offer.
- Please contact us first in case you have any concern or dissatisfy with the purchased item. We try our best to work it out as soon as possible.
