Personalised name signs from 5cm to 15cm high (highest letter) and up to 60cm in length (depending on name provided).
All names are cut from beautiful premium matt acrylic and backed onto 6mm MDF to give a thick quality name sign.
This design is cut using a commercial grade laser machine. This gives a great finish but please expect some burn marks and a slight smell of burnt wood on the plaque. Due to the method of production this is unavoidable.

| HOW TO ORDER |
|
Choose your size and finish from the drop down menu above then provide the following information either on the “NOTE TO BUYER” when checking out or via the “SUPPLY YOUR DETAILS” button below.
1) Name to be cut (no spaces, see available characters on 3rd image)
2) Colour (see colour chart on image)
Please make sure all your information is correct before submitting it as we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes, failure to supply all the information request may result in your order being delayed.

| AVAILABLE FINISHES |
You can choose from the following finishes when available:
Size - all sizes are approximate
Choose between 5cm, 7.5cm, 10cm, 12.5cm and 15cm in height.
The length will vary depending on the name provided as different letters have different widths, as a very rough guide we estimate some sample lengths below;
-5cm height - 3 letters (10.5cm long)
-5cm height - 10 letters long (33cm long)
-7.5cm height - 3 letters long (15.5cm long)
-7.5cm height - 10 letters long (50cm long)
-10cm height - 3 letters (21cm long)
-10cm height - 9 letters long (60cm long)
-12.5cm height - 3 letters (26cm long)
-12.5cm height - 7 letters long (58cm long)
-15cm height - 3 letters (31cm long)
-15cm height - 6 letters long (60cm long)
Please allow for up to 3.5% manufacturing tolerances

| PROOFING |
|
We do not send a proof of the design before dispatch unless one has been requested before or at the time of ordering. Please make sure to fill in the details correctly and check all your information is correct (including capital letters) before submitting it as we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes. If a proof is requested this is likely to effect dispatch time.

| MAP SYSTEMS |
|
OS maps (Great Britain only) are highly detailed however they do not show all road names. The map will be centred on the location provided and cover roughly 4km squared (Medium size). If your location is a new build, please check with us before ordering as the property might not be plotted on the mapping system yet. If this check is not made before ordering your design may not have the property plotted on it.
Worldwide black and white maps show water and roads in black. If there are not many roads or water courses in the area you have requested the map will show a lot of white.
If an Ordnance Survey map is requested for a map locations outside of Great Britain we will automatically swap this to Worldwide maps so we can complete the order.

| RETURNS |
|
We want you to be happy with the items you purchase from VerbatimART. You have 30 days from receipt of your goods to notify us if you wish to cancel or exchange any item. We are unable to accept refunds on personalised items that are specially made to order with your choice of text, image, message or any other personalised aspect unless faulty.
Please double check whether an item is refundable or non-refundable before purchasing to avoid disappointment.
Please notify us through eBay message if you wish to cancel or exchange an item outlining your reason. We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging using a “signed for” delivery method and obtain a proof of postage service. Do not destroy or dispose of any product even if it is faulty. A refund will be processed direct to your method of payment within 30 days of receipt of the faulty item.
