Our Standard Delivery is for courier service only, If your address is PO
BOX, please pay for “Australia Post Standard Service + Signature” service.
If you do not think that you will be reachable during normal business
hours, please pay for “Australia Post Standard Service + Signature” service.
Therefore, if no one can accept your parcel at your address, the postman should
leave the parcel at your local post office, for you to pick up.
The Optional
$2 Shipping Insurance, is an option which is separate from shipping
cost, it covers you in case the item gets lost or damaged in transit, which is
highly recommend as parcels sometimes do get damaged or lost by post or the
courier companies.
