A vintage Bodum small clear glass Chambord bowl with faux tortoise shell plastic handles

For your consideration is this unusual Bodum clear glass Chambord bowl with tortoise shell effect plastic handles. I haven't been able to find any other examples with these kind of handles. 

Bowl measures about 4” diameter x 2.25” deep.
