• Next day despatch: orders received by 5 p.m. Sunday to Thursday will normally be sent next working day (i.e. Mon-Fri, excluding Bank Holidays). All items are covered by Royal Mail insurance, so if they are damaged or lost in the post, I will replace or refund – you won't be left out-of-pocket.

• Combined postage & multi-buy discounts: only 1 postage charge payable (whichever is highest !), no matter how many items you buy. Ebay should calculate this automatically, but if not please ask for an invoice before paying, or message me if you think you have paid too much, always happy to refund any overpayment.

• Privacy: All items are sent in opaque mail bags, or cardboard boxes, with no indication of the contents. I understand that you may want to be discreet about your investments, so I will not leave feedback on your profile unless you leave feedback for me first.

• Returns policy: happy to accept any item back, as long as it's not damaged (or opened, if sealed). If I have sent the wrong item, or made some significant error in my description, then I'll reimburse you for postage costs. But if it's your mistake, then you pay the postage in both directions. So please ask first, if you're not sure.

• Genuine UK seller. Despatch to UK & Europe only. (The international postage rates shown apply to non-EU countries. Buyers in most EU countries - especially Eire, La France, Deutschland & Danmark – will receive a small partial refund on postage paid.)

• Lest it need saying, any coins/bars shown are purely for illustration / comparison. You don't get any free precious metal.
