Here we have a Blu-ray steelbook of the epic 2004 action/adventure/history/war film Troy

Directed by Wolfgang Petersen (Air Force One, In the Line of Fire, The Perfect Storm) and stars Brad Pitt, Eric Bana, Diane Kruger, Orlando Bloom and Brian Cox

Rare German import, released by Warner Bros. and features the 'Director's Cut' of the film. Confirmed as 'Region free'; will play on any Blu-ray player. Even though it's a foreign release it has a lossless audio track in English aswell as optional English subtitles

Unsealed but is in mint condition; doesn't have any dings, dents, scratches or any such imperfections - it's been well looked after since I got it originally, and it's been kept in a plastic polysleeve to ensure it hasn't been able to pick up any unnecessary wear from being slid on and off the shelf etc.

This German steelbook release of Troy is rare and difficult to come by nowadays as it was discontinued by Warner Bros. a while back (only a limited quantity were produced) and remains OOP (Out of Print) ever since. Personally I think this version features nicer artwork than the UK steelbook which just has a white cover with a close-up of Brad Pitt's character's helmet and is a bit boring in comparison
