"Lagrimas Risas Y Amor" is probably the longest running romance comic book in history and one of the best selling comic books in the entire world. In it's prime the book reportedly sold near 1 million copies every week. Most of the stories were written by Yolanda Vargas Dulche and Guillermo De La Parra, drawn by Antonio Gutierrez with cover art by Fernando Rey. The success of the book is partially attributed to it's innovative story-telling taken from the popular radio dramas and early romance novels with sagas or series divided in a large number of episodes and every episode ending in a thrilling cliffhanger to keep the reader anxiously waiting for the next issue to see what happens. Many of the series first introduced in "Lagrimas Y Risas" were later adapted to movies and television with similar success.

"Lagrimas Y Risas" books have been reprinted through the years at least 4 different times, however the lot we are offering this week includes only issued from the 2002-2003 Edition. 

This lot includes 62 issues, all of them from "Noche/ Carne De Ebano/ Gabriel Y Gabriela" some of the most famous series ever presented by "Lagrimas Y Risas". All the books are  5.5x8" with 32 pages. Spanish language.  Published in Mexico by Editorial Vid (VID).

All of the comics are in VF+ condition w/ lite margin wear, no missing pages, no writings.
