The cards generally sell or someone local/friend requests the card. On top eBay & PayPal take around 13%. What the card is needed for will have no affect on the price. If it sells/drops in price it sells/drop in price. These cards are from a private collection & will go back into the vault until a price change/show/trade/request from a friend/local. No rush to sell.
