Cell phone carriers’ compatibilities can be really confusing sometimes since there are so many of them, but don’t worry, we are here to guide you.

please look at this listing’s title:

• If it says carrier unlocked (for example: AT&T unlocked, Sprint Unlocked, Verizon Unlocked) it will be compatible with all GSM networks (GSM networks---AT&T, T-Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS by T-Mobile)
• If it says a specific carrier name for example: <Samsung galaxy note8(sprint) >, then unfortunately it will work with that specific carrier only.
• If it says factory unlocked, it will work with all networks-- both CDMA and GSM

But most newer phones are compatible across all carriers if they are unlocked.

Each listing that we have, the quantity in stock is bigger than 1 ( usually)  and due to this reason, we will have to use a stock photo to show you what kind of phone this is and we will need to describe the condition with words. Please look closely in the title and find the key words for your phone's condition:

• Mint or 10/10

The phones that are listed as in mint or 10/10 should not have any kind of use signs, it is used, but it will look like new.

• Excellent

The phone looks like new at first glance.

• Grade A or 9/10 or very good

Minor signs of use, there should only be a little bit of scratches on the phone and most likely will not be on the screen.

• Grade B or 7/10

some signs of use include scratches (can be on screen), small dents on the corners.

• Very Good

Some signs of use such as light body scratches.

• Good

Moderate signs of use such as small scratches or dents

• Grade C or 5/10

Heavy signs of use, a lot of scratches and dents but there will never be a crack.

For LCD and screen conditions we have 3 levels.

A lot of phones have burn image issues also known as shadow LCD, imprint on LCD, this level is stated separately from the cosmetic condition. 

• Light burn/light shadow

           Not very noticeable, maybe only on the white screen.

• Burn image/shadow

           Noticeable, pinkish color on screen

• Heavy burn/heavy shadow

           Very noticeable, red screen

Please keep in mind that this burn image issue is separate from cosmetic condition, for example, if a phone is listed as “Grade A shadow” it means it looks great from the outside but the LCD has noticeable burn image.

All our phones come with a generic USB Charging Cable ONLY.

All Iphones do not come with chargers.

If the phones originally come with a stylus, for example: note8, note9, stlyo3, stlylo4. it will be included unless stated otherwise.

If the phones have removable batteries, they will be included.

They do NOT come with sim cards.

They do NOT come with headphones or any other accessories.

They do NOT come with sim tool.
