Tapping on a particular part of the drum kit will make that sound, so great for fidgety fingers.

Has a built in speaker with a few buttons to play with, including a recording button.

It features an ON/OFF switch which needs no explanation, but if you do it comes with the original printed instructional guide. 

I would say this would be great in a Doctors Surgery waiting room, am sure you'll get everyone clapping away :))
