Stars Foundation are a registered charity (registration number 1156237). We
provide a range of social and creative learning opportunities for people with
complex disabilities, alongside support, advice and training services for
parent carers
Alongside
this, we are committed to sourcing and stocking specialist items designed with
individuals with disabilities in mind, with the aim of suppling these items to
families across the UK for the lowest possible cost
Shipping
All
our items are sent with using Royal Mail Second Class. Your package will be
allocated a tracking number which will be uploaded to your order on dispatch of
your items, so you can track your item and check the estimated delivery date
Handling Time
We
estimate a turnaround of no more than 4 working days for us to receive your
order, package it and ship it out to you. Our handling time is a little slower
during the current pandemic due to limited staff and shorter opening hours, so
please allow us a little extra time
Returns
We
only accept returns if your item is damaged or faulty. If this is the case,
please contact us via the eBay messaging service and we will be more than
happy to work with you to find a solution
