Like many major mail-order companies, we use poly mailers to ship clothing items folded flat, so wrinkles should be expected. Pre-owned clothing should be expected to have minor signs of wear and/or storage. Cleaning by an appropriate cleaning method is recommended for all pre-owned and vintage clothing before wearing.
