Powe Supply Configurations: Make sure you're plugging it in a 5V USB port, excessive voltage will cause the strips to overheat and trigger overheat protection, which results in intermittently shutting off, flicker, or burn out.

About the remote: Please remove the plastic film that blocks the battery before use. Signal reception range of the remote is within 3 ft to the USB controller without any obstacles. Even though it's not a common case, if you correctly followed our instructions using the remote but it's not working, please simply contact us to send a replacement.

Color setting: You can set the light to solid colors or sync modes with using the remote control.
Color memorizaiton: The light ONLY remember the last color or sync mode states when your turn it off with its OWN remote. 

When plugging it in a USB port on your TVs, please turn the light off with its own remote before you shut off the TV if you want it to keep the last color setting.

When pluggint it in a USB power adapter or power bank, please simply turn the light off with its own remote and do not unplug it to keep the last color setting.

Cut off power by turning off the TV directly or unplugging the USB controller will change the color setting back to default.

✅DIY Cut to fit

1. Cut(Cut ONLY when the strip is too long): Cut On the Cut Marks (White Lines) on the strip to desired length.

2. Clean: Clean the dust of the surface of your TV and let it dry.
3. Peel: Remove the adhesive backing on the strip.
4. Firmly Press the strip in desired place and Connect the USB to USB port.
