*** DOLL JEWELRY IS DELICATE! *** Do not force in earrings.  Ensure your doll's ears are well-pierced to ensure a smooth insertion. For hand-pierced doll ears; these work best for dolls that do not come with factory made ear holes (like some Barbies) as they are too large to hold the earrings securely.
